Quick Apply Part-time 5 hours ago Full Job Description We are a large Endodontist Group looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk.
The hours are 8:
30am-5:
30pm 3 days per week, 2 days in our Hohokus office, 1 day in our Wayne office and 1 Saturday per month (8:
30am - 1:
30pm) in our Hawthorne location.
Computer experience is required and any experience working with Eaglesoft or other Dental Program would be extremely helpful.
Responsibilities Include:
-Greet and welcome patients upon arrival to the office -Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments -Entering and scanning patient information into Eaglesoft and sending out insurance claims and processing patients' payments upon root canal completion -Offering administrative support to the Doctors and Dental Assistants Likely canidate would need to start training as soon as possible.
