Robot Manufacturing Operator- AM Shift

We offer innovative manufacturing expertise in fine and ultrafine Stainless Steel, Tungsten, Nitinol and Titanium wire and cable.
Our products include tight tolerance-precision cable assemblies, high fatigue life miniature cable assemblies, stainless steel sutures, catheter subassemblies, spinal fixation cables, temporary cardiac pacing leads and catheter components.
The Robot Manufacturing Operator reports to the Robot Cell Leader and is responsible for the production and workmanship of all parts manufactured using our robotic equipment.
Essential Functions:
Ability to follow work scheduled based on priorities and changing business needs.
Responsible for performing equipment changeovers in a timely manner.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task operating different machines simultaneously.
Must provide accurate production reports as per GDP guidelines.
Aids in retrieving all required components needed to perform job per task list.
Troubleshoots issues related to robot stoppages.
Collaborates with manufacturing engineers to provide insight into equipment issues.
Aides in training new operators.
Maintains safe work areas by identifying and eliminating unsafe work practices and hazards; follows and enforces Alan Baird's safety guidelines; sets example of safe work practices.
Ensure work standards are being followed; techniques and flow.
Ability to perform any function within the cell or perform any task as part of an assigned process.
Communicates tooling and equipment to Supervisor.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements for Consideration:
High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrates ability to self-motivate and to problem solve in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must have good documentation practice A proven understanding of part workmanship Communication skills - must have good listening skills in addition to excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Must be capable and willing to share knowledge and develop associates Ability to analyze data and make recommendations Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing defects Strong interpersonal skills Ability to seek and accept feedback from others Ability to speak, read, and write in English Job Type:
